These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mantel mobile application and related services (the “Service”) provided by Mantel Moments, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Mantel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mantel. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Mantel allows you to upload, create, and share content, including photos, videos, text, and other materials. You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for the content you upload and share. You agree not to post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Mantel may allow you to connect third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mantel Moments, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine it is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting hello@mantelmoments.com.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
